Tennis court lighting has advanced greatly over the past 50 years from little more than household incandescent lamps, to fluorescent side lighting, to high level Tungsten Halogen, through to what is generally accepted now as state of the art Metal Halide down lights. Court lighting is a specialist subject and you’ll need help from an experienced contractor. You need to ensure that your design gives you a high level of light on the court that uis uniform, but doesn’t distract the players. At the same time you need to restrict light spillage outside the court so as not to diminish the surrounding amenity. To learn more about our AMlight lighting system, Click Here. |

When you are planning your new tennis court, it’s important not to lose sight of the big picture. Think about the different sports you might want to play and how that will affect your choice of surface. Consider too the need to discuss any other areas of development either now or in the future. In this way you’ll avoid creating areas that later become inaccessible or the need to gain new access over recently-landscaped areas.
